Most households should pump every 3-4 years, but this depends on your tank size and household usage. We can help you determine the right schedule for you.
The average lifespan of a septic system is 25-30 years.
Signs that your septic system needs to be serviced include slow draining fixtures, sewage backups, water pooling, and foul odors.
Yes, as long as we can access the tank, we can pump year-round. Be cautious of muddy yards, as we may need to pull into them to access your tank depending on the location. If you are concerned about your yard, we should reschedule for a drier day.
It helps, but isn't required if we have clear access to your tank. You may pay online after your service.
Frequent backups, foul odors, and soggy areas in your yard could indicate system failure. We can inspect and recommend options for you. We can install new tanks, lateral fields, or both.
If your tank is buried, there will be a fee to locate and dig the lids. We will need to bring a machine to dig up your tank. This is only common with older systems. We highly recommend installing risers at this time, to bring your access to surface level, not only so you never have to pay another dig fee, but to also make it easy to inspect your tank between pumpings to limit having to call in a professional. All tanks these days are installed with risers so bringing your tank up to date is a wise decision.
Yes, we have a Mo State licensed Advanced Installer. We can install new systems and replace failing ones.
