We are seeking a motivated and dependable Septic Service Technician to join our growing team in Rolla. This role involves pumping septic tanks, performing visual inspections, assisting with system repairs, and supporting Advanced Installers on new system installations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a septic pump truck to service and maintain septic systems
- Perform visual inspections and basic diagnostics on septic systems
- Assist with system repairs and new installations as needed
- Transport and dispose of waste at treatment facilities
- Maintain and care for truck and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Keep accurate records of all services performed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls (bonus pay available)
Qualifications:
- CDL Class B with tanker endorsement (or willing to obtain – assistance provided)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose system issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly; experience preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided)
- Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting and maneuvering hoses
